Kennedy Odhiambo, popularly referred to as Crazy Kennar, is one of the fastest-rising comedians in Kenya.
The 24-year-old humorist has gained popularity online due to his funny skits showing day-to-day challenges facing Kenyans.
Kennar began performing comedy as a hobby and posting them on social media platforms. Over time, he has gained a massive following.
Kennar was born on December 23, 1998, in Nairobi.

The comedian studied at Sacred Heart School in Baba Dogo before joining Ringa Boys High school in Homa Bay county.
After completing his secondary school studies, he was admitted to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) to study actuarial science. He's yet to graduate from the institution of higher learning.
The funnyman started acting way back in primary school as a young boy. As a pupil, he regularly participated in music and drama festival events.
In 2011, during the Kenya National Music and Drama festivals, he won the best actor award in Nairobi county.
His passion for performing arts continued in high school, where he was a drama club member.

While in high school, he discovered his love for comedy and under the guidance of his drama teacher, he pursued it becoming a full career after he joined JKUAT.
He briefly worked as an informal teacher after completing his secondary education.

Kennar's rise in the comedy industry started when he enrolled at JKUAT. He started shooting comedy skits with the help of his brother and friends.
He uploaded his videos on his YouTube channel, dubbed Tales of Crazy Kennar opened on July 24, 2017.
The comedian is the chief executive officer of The Tales of Crazy Kennar, which has employed 11 people, according to Bizna Kenya.

Under the platform, he posts on YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.
On YouTube, he boasts over 138 million views and counting. His channel had 547,000 subscribers as of Saturday, November 19.

He also earns money as an ambassador for different companies, including Carrefour Supermarket.
The youthful entrepreneur launched his food joint 'Instant Delicacies' on May 25, 2021. The restaurant is located at Juja Square and is frequented by JKUAT students.
The official unveiling of the facility was attended by the who's who in the entertainment industry.
Among those who graced its launch were Kenyan celebrities Flaqo, Awinja, Cartoon Actress and Alex Mathenge. Alinur Mohammed, a politician, was also in attendance.

During the launch, Kennar said the restaurant would specialise in fast foods and Swahili dishes.
Kennar is the proprietor of the Kazi App, launched on November 19, 2021. The app connects jobless Kenyans to employment opportunities.

At just 24, Kennar is a proud Toyota Prado TX vehicle owner.

According to the online car website Best Cars, the luxurious ride's price starts from KSh 5.5 million.
Kennar uses the car with his crew to move around, shooting skits in different places across the city.
Citizen TV journalist Jeff Koinange is another Kenyan celebrity who owns multi-million assets that befit his status as one of the highest-paid journalists in Kenya.
The Award-winning journalist has worked for several local and international media stations, including CNN.
The 56-year-old owns two posh four-bedroomed houses in Kitisuru, one of the most expensive estates to live in the Nairobi Metropolitan area.
